SOFT SKILLS: EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATES

The purpose of this research is to analyze the cross–cutting competencies or interpersonal communication skills university graduates that are most valued by international employers. Research methodology . This article uses methods desk research, general scientific such as systematization, generalization, concretization, synthesis, analysis, well a quantitative method (questionnaire survey). value analysis focused on characteristics employers and organizations, tools for assessing transversal highly at level. One main contributions creation classification consisting many crosscutting grouped five parameters. results show placed more importance related basic work-related (JRS), social-relational (SR) self-management (SM). Higher education institutions should include «employment pedagogy», which will strengthen link between academic environment socio-professional reality ensure an adequate transition labor market. findings revealed widely used ability work indirect assessment.
